UPDATE
Today we found out that dad's biopsy was positive for adenocarcinoma. His cancer has returned. He will start radiation in about a week and a half. We are all deeply saddened by this news.
Just so you know the facts:
1. Dad had a PET Scan as a precautionary measure about a month ago.
2. Results from the scan included "increased uptake near umbilical area" ncluding a small nodule.
3. We scheduled a needle biopsy. This was done in the surgeons office.
4. Doctor told us today that it was positive.

To me, Dad looks really great. I just knew it would be only scar tissue. I was hoping I would never have to update this silly website again. Once again we ask for prayers for healing, but more so for peace and wisdom of the doctors.
