Last Tuesday Dad went in for another cauterization of the Watermelon Stomach. We learned from Dr. Tang that the original area was 5"x7". Sounds big to me. And this area was 2" x 2" or so in the duodenum. And we also found out he will be going back again in 4 weeks or so to have it done again if necessary.
Dad is eating better. His eyes are bigger than his stomach most of the time, but at least he is not nauseous (however you spell it).
I feel like Dad has really overcome something huge. This is better than any reality TV show you could ever dream up. He has really been through so much and still has a great attitude. He never ever gave up. I think that his faith in God really pulled him through. And faithful friends.
Rejoice!
